Shipping

All items are made to order. We kindly ask that you allow 1–4 weeks for your piece to be handmade with care.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We ship with CTT Portugal within the EU, and UPS to the US and Canada.
CTT and UPS International shipping options are available at checkout.

If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order so we can check availability. We’re always happy to accommodate shorter time frames whenever possible.

International shipping outside EU

All international orders are subject to additional charges for duties, taxes and custom fees upon entry in your country. These charges are NOT calculated at checkout. Before ordering, please verify your country’s import fees to have an estimate of the amount to be paid in order to receive the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Cavaleiro piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order, honoring the principles of sustainability and slow luxury.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we offer store credit for returns initiated within 14 days of receipt—provided the piece is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds once production has begun.

In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered, subject to a 5% processing fee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe return of your piece. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will always work with you to find a thoughtful resolution.
